Thank you for choosing Sun Shuttle Transit Wine Tours! We're committed to providing you with a safe and enjoyable experience. Please review our tour policy below:

Deposits
A deposit of 20% of the total tour price is required at the time of booking to secure your wine
tour. This deposit will be applied towards the final balance. The remaining balance of your tour
is due in full 3 days prior to your scheduled tour date. We will send you a reminder and an
invoice for the remaining payment at that time. To cover potential damages or excessive
cleaning fees, a credit card will be secured at the time of booking. The card will not be charged
unless damage or a need for excessive cleaning is identified post-tour. Any necessary charges
won't exceed $250, and we'll provide an itemized invoice.
Cancellations and Changes
Cancellations or changes must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled tour time to be
eligible for a refund of your deposit. Cancellations or changes made within 72 hours of the tour
are not eligible for a deposit refund.

Children and Minors
We welcome guests of all ages on our wine tours. For their safety and the comfort of all our
guests, children must be supervised by an adult at all times. This includes during transportation
and at all winery locations.

Age Requirements and Alcohol Consumption
The legal drinking age in the United States is 21 years old. We strictly adhere to this law.
Time Management at Wineries
We understand that time can fly when you're enjoying the wineries. We offer a 30-minute grace
period for overstaying your scheduled time at each winery. After this 30-minute grace period, an
additional charge of $50 will be applied for every additional hour.
Wine Purchases
Please note that all wine purchases made at the wineries are separate from the tour cost.
Payments for wine will be made directly to each winery you visit.

Personal Belongings
Sun Shuttle Transit Wine Tours is not responsible for items lost or stolen during your trip.
Please ensure you have all your personal belongings with you when your tour ends.
Custom Group Pick-Up and Drop-Off

One of the great perks of our wine tours is the flexibility to choose your group’s centralized pick-up and drop-off locations. Whether you're starting from a hotel, a private residence, or another gathering spot, we’ll come to you. At the end of your tour, we’ll drop your group off wherever you plan to continue—whether that’s dinner, a family home, or back to your lodging. Your comfort and safety are our priority.
